Warm Spinach Salad Ingredients
- 1 (6-ounce) package baby spinach leaves
- ½ cup almonds, chopped, toasted
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, chopped
- Water, as needed
Warm Spinach Salad Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the spinach and almonds.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the sesame oil, cider vinegar, salt, and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes, adding water if it is absorbed.
- Drizzle the mushroom dressing over the spinach and toss well to coat the spinach leaves.
- Serve immediately.
