Pasta Salad Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked pasta rotini
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
- 10 oz Mann’s Power Blend
For the vinaigrette:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1½ tablespoons sesame oil
- 1½ tablespoons honey
- ¾ teaspoon soy sauce
Pasta Salad Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to directions.
- In a bowl, mix sesame oil and soy sauce. Toss the chicken in mixture and bake at 425°F for 10 minutes on each side.
- Let cool and slice into strips.
- Combine all vinaigrette ingredients and toss with the cooked chicken. Add pasta and Mann’s Power Blend. Top with sesame seeds.
- Divide between 4 containers and freeze.
