Mixed salad Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed salad, frisee, radicchio, romaine lettuce, lollo rosso, rocket
- 1 red onion
- ½ cup mushrooms
- 6 radishes
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow and green)
- 1 red-peeled apple
- 4 spring onions
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons light balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
Mixed salad Preparation
- Wash, clean, spin dry the lettuce and pluck it into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into fine strips. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Wash and clean the radishes and thinly slice or slice them.
