Bacon Salad with Walnuts Ingredients
- 2 oz bacon, cut into pieces
- 1.5 oz hard cheese, cubed
- 1 tomato, cubed
- 5 walnuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers, sliced
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Bacon Salad with Walnuts Preparation
- Add bacon to a frying pan and cook in olive oil with garlic and black pepper.
- Remove the bacon and add walnuts.
- Make the dressing by mixing olive oil with vinegar and mustard.
- Combine all ingredients and dress. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
