Scallop Caesar Salad Ingredients
- 8 sea scallops
- 4 cups romaine lettuce
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Caesar Salad Dressing
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Scallop Caesar Salad Preparation
- In a frying pan heat olive oil and cook the scallops in one layer no longer than 2 minutes per both sides. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Arrange lettuce on plates and place scallops on top.
- Pour over the Caesar dressing and lemon juice.
