Spiced Overnight Oats Ingredients
- 2¼ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- ¼ cup each chopped dried figs and dried apricots
- 5 tbsp. honey, divided
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ tsp. ground cardamom
- 2 tbsp. roasted salted pistachios, coarsely chopped (optional)
- pomegranate seeds (optional)
Spiced Overnight Oats Preparation
- Combine almond milk, oats, dried figs and apricots, 2 tbsp. honey, and a large pinch of salt in a medium bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, in a small bowl, whisk tahini, 3 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. lukewarm water, cardamom, and a large pinch of salt.
- Spoon oatmeal into bowls, drizzle with tahini sauce, and top with pistachios and pomegranate seeds, if desired.
- Serves 4.
